Service Description

It seems impersonal yes but for some, it might be the most comfortable or a first step towards support.  I wish mental health didn't have such stigma attached but there are still some who judge or those that worry judgement is out there.  Having a  more private option for connection can reduce the worry about stigma and judgement.

Cancellation Policy

Letting us know when you have to cancel as session creates a possibility for other people who have been waiting to have your spot. Please let us know as soon as you do if you can't attend. Ideally, at least 24hrs notice would be great.
